Spa Etiquette
Appointment Preparedness
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment start time to fill out any missed forms, relax in our private sanctuary, and enjoy our selection of relaxing & therapeutic teas from around the world.
Cell Phones and other Electronic Devices
Please refrain from talking calls while at the spa to keep the relaxing peaceful and healing environment for all our guests and place phones on silent.
Payment For Services
We require a valid credit card number to confirm all spa appointments or a valid gift certificate. For your convenience, payment for spa services is settled upon the conclusion of your treatment. A 20% gratuity will be added to the total balance of treatments and services received, Gratuity is not included in service/Treatment price. All prices are subject to change.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours, 72 hours for groups, the appointment time, to avoid a fee equal to the full value of the service. Same day modifications are subject to a $35 change fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% in full
