Spa Etiquette
Appointment Preparedness
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment start time to fill out any missed forms, relax in our private sanctuary, and enjoy our selection of relaxing & therapeutic teas from around the world.
Cell Phones and other Electronic Devices
Please refrain from talking calls while at the spa to keep the relaxing peaceful and healing environment for all our guests and place phones on silent.
Payment For Services
We require a valid credit card number to confirm all spa appointments or a valid gift certificate. For your convenience, payment for spa services is settled upon the conclusion of your treatment. A 20% gratuity will be added to the total balance of treatments and services received, Gratuity is not included in service/Treatment price. All prices are subject to change.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please call our receptionist at 207-298-6225, during after-hours please leave us a detailed voicemail. ALL last minute cancellations, (same day, or before 24 hours) will be charged the full cost of your service. When showing up late please be aware for the courtesy of all our clients, services will end at the scheduled time, although cost of service will not be deducted.
We require a 72 hour cancellation notice for all groups of four or more; this includes back to back services with two or more clients.
Cancelled appointments due to unforeseen events or emergencies will only be charged 50% of service cost. This fee only ensures our team is properly cared for and compensated for their time.
